Alex Weyand is an audio engineer, playback tech, and musician based in Los Angeles, California.
In 2023, Alex started working for LA-based creative agency Spacebar Society, and subsequently began touring with PVRIS as their playback tech.
Alex graduated Summa Cum Laude from Clemson University in December of 2022, where he majored in audio technology with a minor in jazz guitar performance. While at Clemson he was highly involved with the Performing Arts Department, where he was elected as the Student Representative of the audio department and served as Captain of the Clemson University Drumline.
In addition to his experience gained at Clemson, Alex was a full-time intern at Sweetwater Studios in Fort Wayne, Indiana, for the summer of 2021. At Sweetwater, Alex was able to learn and work alongside professional engineers and producers on a wide variety of sessions and projects.
